Abstract Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC), a type of non-melanoma skin cancer (NMSC), is the most common malignancy worldwide. Thioredoxin (TXN) domain-containing protein 9 (TXNDC9) is a member of the TXN family that is important in cell differentiation. However, the biological function of this protein in cancer, particularly cSCC, is still unknown. In the present study, our experiments revealed the protective effects of TXNDC9 on UV-B-irritated cSCC cells. Abstract Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is frequently disseminated and has a dismal prognosis with survival times of approximately two years. Abstract miRNAs are endogenous small RNAs that are important regulators of gene expression. miR-1294 was found to be significantly down-regulated in 15 cancers and regulated by 21 upstream regulators. miR-1294 affects the proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis of cancer cells. Abstract Aberrant activation of the WNT signaling pathway is a joint event in colorectal cancer (CRC), but the molecular mechanism is still unclear.
