    Abstract Despite their remarkable content of biologically active compounds, highly valuable for human health, wild relatives of Umbelliferous plants show limited utilization. The aim of the present work was the evaluation of the antioxidant status of Anthriscus, Chaerophyllum, and Myrrhoides species gathered in different climatic zones (from Mediterranean to Arctic) and of their suitability to produce valuable functional food for optimizing the human Se status.     Abstract Background: Transcription factor Krüppel-like factor 3 (KLF3) may be involved in regulating inflammation and lymphocyte function. Immune dysfunction in sepsis involves both hyper-inflammation and immunosuppression. However, studies on T-lymphocyte KLF3 expression in sepsis are lacking. Methods: We induced sepsis in mice via cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), and their survival rate over 7 days was evaluated.     Leader-employee calling congruence and voice behaviour: The mediating role of perceived insider status

    Abstract This study examined the relationship between leader-employee calling congruence on employees’ voice behaviour. Participants were 173 leader-employee dyads from the Chinese service industry. They completed online surveys on calling, perceived insider status, and voice behaviour. Results from polynomial regression and response surface analysis showed that employees perceived insider status to be weaker with the low leader-low subordinate calling congruence, and stronger with high leader and high subordinate calling congruence.     Abstract Soybean (Glycine max) is a potential legume crop, but it cannot thrive in mild salinity. Salicylic acid (SA) is a renowned plant growth hormone that improves tolerance to saline conditions. Hence, the study was performed to understand the functions of priming seeds and supplementation of SA in modulating salt tolerance in soybean seedlings.
