Synchronization Characterization of DC Microgrid Converter Output Voltage and Improved Adaptive Synchronization Control Methods

Wei Chen, Xin Gao*, Zhanhong Wei, Xusheng Yang, Zhao Li

    Energy Engineering, Vol.122, No.2, pp. 805-821, 2025, DOI:10.32604/ee.2025.059779 - 31 January 2025

Abstract This paper deeply introduces a brand-new research method for the synchronous characteristics of DC microgrid bus voltage and an improved synchronous control strategy. This method mainly targets the problem of bus voltage oscillation caused by the bifurcation behavior of DC microgrid converters. Firstly, the article elaborately establishes a mathematical model of a single distributed power source with hierarchical control. On this basis, a small-world network model that can better adapt to the topology structure of DC microgrids is further constructed. Then, a voltage synchronization analysis method based on the main stability function is proposed, and… More >

Small-World Networks with Unitary Cayley Graphs for Various Energy Generation

    C. Thilaga*, P. B. Sarasija

    Computer Systems Science and Engineering, Vol.45, No.3, pp. 2773-2782, 2023, DOI:10.32604/csse.2023.032303 - 21 December 2022

Abstract Complex networks have been a prominent topic of research for several years, spanning a wide range of fields from mathematics to computer science and also to social and biological sciences. The eigenvalues of the Seidel matrix, Seidel Signless Laplacian matrix, Seidel energy, Seidel Signless Laplacian energy, Maximum and Minimum energy, Degree Sum energy and Distance Degree energy of the Unitary Cayley graphs [UCG] have been calculated. Low-power devices must be able to transfer data across long distances with low delay and reliability. To overcome this drawback a small-world network depending on the unitary Cayley graph More >

Model for Generating Scale-Free Artificial Social Networks Using Small-World Networks

    Farhan Amin, Gyu Sang Choi*

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.73, No.3, pp. 6367-6391, 2022, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2022.029927 - 28 July 2022

Abstract The Internet of Things (IoT) has the potential to be applied to social networks due to innovative characteristics and sophisticated solutions that challenge traditional uses. Social network analysis (SNA) is a good example that has recently gained a lot of scientific attention. It has its roots in social and economic research, as well as the evaluation of network science, such as graph theory. Scientists in this area have subverted predefined theories, offering revolutionary ones regarding interconnected networks, and they have highlighted the mystery of six degrees of separation with confirmation of the small-world phenomenon. The… More >
