    Abstract To establish an efficient regeneration method for the rare and endangered plant Mussaenda anomala to address problems regarding its reproductive obstacles and scarce populations. In this study, the terminal buds, axillary buds, stem segments with two axillary buds, stem segments with two axillary buds and one terminal bud, and leaves of M. anomala were used as explants.     An Efficient Plant Regeneration System of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp via Stem Segments as Explants

    Abstract Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp is a highly popular ornamental plant for garden decoration. Genetic engineering technology has been successfully used in many plant species, but it is limited in Hydrangea. Here we established an efficient regeneration system by using stem segments as explants for the first time.     Abstract A reliable protocol for plant regeneration of Mullein Nightshade (Solanum donianum Walp.) was developed from in vitro leaf explants. They were cultured on Murashige and Skoog semisolid medium, supplemented with several combinations of zeatin riboside and 1-naphthaleneacetic acid for shoot regeneration. The formulation that originated most shoots per explant was 8.5 μM zeatin riboside in absence of 1-naphthalene acetic acid.     Abstract With the aim of developing an efficient plant regeneration protocol, leaflet explants of three accessions of Arachis villosa Benth. (S2866, S2867 and L97) were cultured on basic Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with different combinations of plant growth regulators: α-naphthalenacetic acid, indole-3-butyric acid, 6-benzylaminopurine, kinetin and thidiazuron. The accession L97 was the only one able to differentiate buds through indirect organogenesis.
