Abstract
In order to elucidate the response mechanism of yield and quality of different genotypes of foxtail millet to nitrogen application. In this study, plant physiology and metabolomics were used to study the effects of different amounts of nitrogen (0, 75, 150, 225 and 300 kg hm−2) on agronomic characters, yield and quality of Jingu 21 and Zhangza 10. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application, the plant height of different genotypes of foxtail millet increased gradually, and the content of stem diameter, yield, protein, fat, lysine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, arginine, aspartic, glutamic, glycine,… More >
