    Abstract Background: Music has proven to be vital in enhancing resilience and promoting well-being. Previously, the impact of music in sports environments was solely investigated, while this paper applies it to study environments, standing out as pioneering research. The study consists of a systematic development of a conceptual framework based on theories of Uses and Gratification Expectancy (UGE) and perceived motivation based on music elements.     Mountain climber outdoor motivation and safety behavior: Does role clarity and safety cognition make a difference to participant safety?

    Abstract This study examined the role of role clarity and safety cognition in shaping mountain climbers’ participation motivation and safety behavior. The study sample comprised 454 participants (males = 58.8%, mean age = 32 years, SD = 9.31). They completed measures on five participation motivation dimensions (achievement, interest, knowledge, socialization, and health) and safety participation. The results from structural equation modelling indicated that participant motivations in achievement, health, and knowledge significantly predicted safety participation behavior, such as risk avoidance, self-protection, and mutual assistance, more so than the motivations of interest and socialization.     Perfectionism and writing performance: Self-efficacy and motivation mediation

    Abstract This study investigated the role of self-efficacy and motivation in the relationship between perfectionism and writing performance. Participants were 500 Chinese EFL (English as a Foreign Language) undergraduates (females = 34%, Mage = 21.56 years, SD = 2.27). The students completed the Self-Reported Writing Proficiency Scale, the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale for Chinese, the Second Language Writer Self-Efficacy Scale, and the English Writing Motivation Questionnaire.     Abstract This study aimed to explore the mediating roles of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on the relationship between teacher autonomy and teacher job satisfaction. Data were from the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS 2018), with a sample of 3131 junior high school teachers (female = 2337; male = 794) from Shanghai, China. The mediating effect was analyzed using structural equation modeling.     Abstract Introduction: In May 2022, lawmakers in Oklahoma passed House Bill 4327, which outlawed abortion after fertilization. The governor signed the bill on May 25, 2022. It is uncertain whether these changes will motivate more men in Oklahoma to undergo vasectomy.
