Abstract This study examined the role of role clarity and safety cognition in shaping mountain climbers’ participation motivation and safety behavior. The study sample comprised 454 participants (males = 58.8%, mean age = 32 years, SD = 9.31). They completed measures on five participation motivation dimensions (achievement, interest, knowledge, socialization, and health) and safety participation. Abstract This study investigated the role of self-efficacy and motivation in the relationship between perfectionism and writing performance. Participants were 500 Chinese EFL (English as a Foreign Language) undergraduates (females = 34%, Mage = 21.56 years, SD = 2.27). The students completed the Self-Reported Writing Proficiency Scale, the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale for Chinese, the Second Language Writer Self-Efficacy Scale, and the English Writing Motivation Questionnaire. Abstract This study aimed to explore the mediating roles of self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation on the relationship between teacher autonomy and teacher job satisfaction. Data were from the Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS 2018), with a sample of 3131 junior high school teachers (female = 2337; male = 794) from Shanghai, China.
