    Abstract Congenital heart disease (CHD) affects about 1% of live births. Among them, about 20% will undergo one or more surgical or percutaneous maneuvers on the right ventricle outflow tract or pulmonary valve. Transcatheter pulmonary valve implantation is a recently available less invasive alternative to surgery for treatment of right ventricular outflow tract dysfunction.     Abstract This study applies the diatonic chord in music theory, utilization rate, and the close relationship between the main chord system, the dominant chord system, and the subordinate chord system.     Abstract Pulmonary valve implant is frequently necessary in children and adults with congenital heart disease. Infective endocarditis represents a rare but life-threatening complication after transcatheter pulmonary valve implantation. There are various treatments for native or prosthetic valve endocarditis. Surgical intervention, combined with intravenous antibiotic treatment, is of paramount importance, in case of concomitant mediastinal infection, in order to ensure the radical debridement of all infected tissue, avoiding any recurrent endocarditis.     Abstract Objective: We sought to describe the leaflet morphology variation in the Melody Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve (TPV) and evaluate associated outcomes. The Melody TPV is constructed from harvested bovine jugular venous valves which have been rigorously tested. Natural anatomic leaflet variations are seen in the Melody TPV but have not been evaluated.
    Design: A Melody TPV leaflet morphology classification system was devised after reviewing a subset of photographed and implanted TPVs.     Abstract Objective: Trans-catheter (TC) pulmonary valve replacement (PVR) has become common practice for patients with right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOTO) and/or pulmonic insufficiency (PI).
