    Abstract Objective
    This study investigates the synergistic effects of a novel multifunctional nanoparticle on gastric cancer treatment through photothermal therapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.

    Method
    Synthesize hollow mesoporous Prussian blue nanoparticles and load them with luteolin. Use exosomes to encapsulate the nanoparticles and modify the surface of the targeted peptide GX1. Detect the morphology of nanoparticles using a nanoparticle size analyzer and transmission electron microscopy.     Abstract Salt stress inhibits plant growth and affects the biosynthesis of its secondary metabolites. Flavonoids are natural compounds that possess many important biological activities, playing a significant role in the medicinal activity of Eucommia ulmoides (E. ulmoides). To investigate the mechanism by which salt stress affects the biosynthesis of flavonoids in E. ulmoides, a comprehensive analysis of metabolomics and transcriptomics was conducted.     Luteolin Suppresses Teratoma Cell Growth and Induces Cell Apoptosis via Inhibiting Bcl-2

    Abstract Luteolin, which is found in plant foods, has a range of therapeutic applications. In order to examine the potential roles of luteolin in ovarian teratocarcinoma, the human ovarian teratocarcinoma cell line PA-1 was selected for functional experiments in vitro and in vivo. We demonstrated that luteolin inhibited the proliferation and colony formation of PA-1 cells in vitro. The flow cytometry results suggested that luteolin induced apoptosis of PA-1 cells in a dose-dependent manner.
