Emergency Energy Management of Microgrid in Industrial Park Based on Robust Optimization

Haoliang Yang*, Yonggang Dong, Zhifang Yang

    Energy Engineering, Vol.120, No.12, pp. 2917-2931, 2023, DOI:10.32604/ee.2023.029167 - 29 November 2023

Abstract Reducing the impact of power outages and maintaining the power supply duration must be considered in implementing emergency energy dispatching in micro-networks. This paper studies a new emergency energy treatment method based on the robust optimal method and the industrial park micro-network with the optical energy storage system. After controlling the load input, a control strategy of adjusting and removing is proposed. Rolling optimal theory is applied to emergency energy scheduling based on a robust optimal mathematical model. A weighting factor is introduced into the optimal model to balance the importance of reducing and retaining More >

Distribution Network Optimization Model of Industrial Park with Distributed Energy Resources under the Carbon Neutral Targets

    Xiaobao Yu*, Kang Yang

    Energy Engineering, Vol.120, No.12, pp. 2741-2760, 2023, DOI:10.32604/ee.2023.028041 - 29 November 2023

Abstract Taking an industrial park as an example, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of a distribution network that incorporates distributed energy resources (DERs). The study begins by summarizing the key features of a distribution network with DERs based on recent power usage data. To predict and analyze the load growth of the industrial park, an improved back-propagation algorithm is employed. Furthermore, the study classifies users within the industrial park according to their specific power consumption and supply requirements. This user segmentation allows for the introduction of three constraints: node voltage, wire current, and capacity More >

Energy Loss Analysis of Distributed Rooftop Photovoltaics in Industrial Parks

    Yu Xiao1,2, Kai Li1,2, Hongqiao Huang1,2, Haibo Tan1,2, Hua Li3,*

    Energy Engineering, Vol.120, No.2, pp. 511-527, 2023, DOI:10.32604/ee.2023.022750 - 29 November 2022

Abstract The analysis of the loss of distributed photovoltaic power generation systems involves the interests of energy users, energy-saving service companies, and power grid companies, so it has always been the focus of the industry and society in some manner or another. However, the related analysis for an actual case that considers different cooperative corporations’ benefits is lacking in the presently available literature. This paper takes the distributed rooftop photovoltaic power generation project in an industrial park as the object, studies the analysis and calculation methods of line loss and transformer loss, analyzes the change of… More >

Internet of Things Enabled Intelligent Energy Management and Control System for Heavy Equipment Industrial Park and Fuzzy Assessment of Its Schemes

    Jia Zhu*

    Energy Engineering, Vol.118, No.2, pp. 379-397, 2021, DOI:10.32604/EE.2021.014178 - 23 December 2020

Abstract In order to solve the problems of poor information flow, low energy utilization rate and energy consumption data reuse in the heavy equipment industrial park, the Internet of Things (IoT) technology is applied to construct the intelligent energy management and control system (IEMCS). The application architecture and function module planning are analyzed and designed. Furthermore, the IEMCS scheme is not unique due to the fuzziness of customer demand and the understanding deviation of designer to customer demand in the design stage. Scheme assessment is of great significance for the normal subsequent implementation of the system.… More >
