Deletion and Recovery Scheme of Electronic Health Records Based on Medical Certificate Blockchain

    Baowei Wang1,2,*, Neng Wang1, Yuxiao Zhang1, Zenghui Xu1, Junhao Zhang1

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.76, No.1, pp. 849-859, 2023, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2023.039749 - 08 June 2023

Abstract The trusted sharing of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) can realize the efficient use of medical data resources. Generally speaking, EHRs are widely used in blockchain-based medical data platforms. EHRs are valuable private assets of patients, and the ownership belongs to patients. While recent research has shown that patients can freely and effectively delete the EHRs stored in hospitals, it does not address the challenge of record sharing when patients revisit doctors. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a deletion and recovery scheme of EHRs based on Medical Certificate Blockchain. This paper uses… More >

An Interoperability Cross-Block Chain Framework for Secure Transactions in IoT

    N. Anand Kumar1,*, A. Grace Selvarani2, P. Vivekanandan3

    Computer Systems Science and Engineering, Vol.47, No.1, pp. 1077-1090, 2023, DOI:10.32604/csse.2023.034115 - 26 May 2023

Abstract The purpose of this research is to deal with effective block chain framework for secure transactions. The rate of effective data transactions and the interoperability of the ledger are the two major obstacles involved in Blockchain and to tackle this issue, Cross-Chain based Transaction (CCT) is introduced. Traditional industries have been restructured by the introduction of Internet of Things (IoT) to become smart industries through the feature of data-driven decision-making. Still, there are a few limitations, like decentralization, security vulnerabilities, poor interoperability, as well as privacy concerns in IoTs. To overcome this limitation, Blockchain has… More >

A Systematic Review of Blockchain Technology for Government Information Sharing

    Lu Zhang1, Jiarong Mao1, Yuting An1, Tianshuo Zhang1, Jixin Ma2, Chen Feng3, Xiaoyi Zhou1,*

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.74, No.1, pp. 1161-1181, 2023, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2023.032452 - 22 September 2022

Abstract Government information sharing (GIS) refers to that act of required or provided for duty government information, commercial information and public welfare information, and it is a basic issue of government services. However, the existing GIS has low transparency and is lack of flexibility between different departments. Aiming at such problems, this paper takes blockchain as a solusion, and systematically summarizes the development of digital GIS, the advantages and challenges of blockchain and its theoretical research and practical applications. Specifically, it reviews e-government interactive structure, big data and other solutions, analyses their imperfections, and puts forward More >

Domain Name Service Mechanism Based on Master-Slave Chain

    Siyuan Liu1, Shaoyong Guo1,*, Ziwei Hu2, Xin Xu3, Wei Bai2, Ningzhe Xing4, Xuesong Qiu1, Siwen Xu5

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.32, No.2, pp. 951-962, 2022, DOI:10.32604/iasc.2022.021202 - 17 November 2021

Abstract Although the current Domain Name System (DNS) has been able to satisfy the use of network services, there are still many challenges in the future development of the Internet. The centralized management of traditional domain name management systems has many risks, and cannot defend against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and single points of failure. As a decentralized tool, blockchain provides innovative ideas for the improvement of domain name management systems. Starting from the existing network resolution system and combining the application of cross-chain communication in DNS, this paper proposes a domain name resolution More >
