A Knowledge-Based Pilot Study on Assessing the Music Influence

    Sabin C. Buraga1, Octavian Dospinescu2,*

    CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol.66, No.3, pp. 2857-2873, 2021, DOI:10.32604/cmc.2021.014429 - 28 December 2020

Abstract A knowledge-driven approach is proposed for assessing the music influence on university students. The proposed method of modeling and conducting the interactive pilot study can be useful to convey other surveys, interviews, and experiments created in various phases of the user interface (UI) design processes, as part of a general human-computer interaction (HCI) methodology. Benefiting from existing semantic Web and linked data standards, best practices, and tools, a microservice-oriented system is developed as a testbed platform able to generate playlists in a smart way according to users’ music preferences. This novel approach could bring also More >

Modeling for application data with 3D spatiale feature in MADS

    Chamseddine Zaki1 , Mohamed Ayet1,2, Allah Bilel Soussi2

    Revue Internationale de Géomatique, Vol.29, No.3, pp. 255-262, 2019, DOI:10.3166/rig.2019.00086

Abstract A conceptual spatiotemporal data model must be able to offer users a semantic richness of expression to meet their diverse needs concerning the modeling of spatio-temporal data. The conceptual spatiotemporal data model must be able to represent the objects, relationships and events that can occur in a field of study, track data history, support the multirepresentation of these data, and represent temporal and spatial data with two and three dimensions features. The model must also allow the assignment of different types of constraints to relations and provide a complete orthogonality between dimensions and concepts. The More >

SEM-Based Research on Influence Factors of Energy Conservation in Operation and Maintenance of Construction Project

    Liang Zhao1,2,3, Wenshun Wang2, Wei Zhang1

    Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing, Vol.25, No.4, pp. 705-713, 2019, DOI:10.31209/2019.100000074

Abstract The energy consumption in operation and maintenance stage of construction project accounts for 80% of the whole project life cycle and therefore research on influence factors of energy consumption in project operation and maintenance stage is of great practical significance. Based on data of 260 valid questionnaires in Jiangsu area, structural equation model is adopted in the Thesis for empirical research on influence factors in operation and maintenance stage. Based on theoretical analysis and factor analysis, the conceptual model and research hypothesis for influence factors of energy consumption in operation and maintenance stage are proposed… More >
