    Abstract NiCoCr medium-entropy alloys (MEAs) with controlled interstitial C contents were fabricated by using powder bed fusion-type additive manufacturing (AM) process. And the microstructure, mechanical properties, and high temperature oxidation resistance of in-situ carbide-reinforced NiCoCr Medium alloy were investigated. The initial microstructure shows that both AM-built interstitial C-doped MEAs had a heterogeneous grain structure and epitaxial growth grains along the building direction. The analysis of electron channeling contrast images showed a large amount of nano-sized precipitates (in-situ precipitates) distributed at the sub-structure boundaries formed by a dislocation network, and a large number of stacking faults were simultaneously observed inside the sub-structure.     Abstract Clarifying the soil nutrient dynamics caused by forest type variations in the coastal region helps scientifically to apply fertilizer to forest plantations and enhance the carbon (C) sink capacity.     Abstract In response to escalating challenges in energy conservation and emission reduction, this study delves into the complexities of heat transfer in two-phase flows and adjustments to combustion processes within coal-fired boilers.     Changes in soil organic carbon in the upper Heihe river basin, China

    Abstract The Heihe River Basin is a globally significant carbon pool, but its soil organic carbon dynamics is poorly understood. Soil samples taken between 2500 m and 4100 m revealed that the majority (>75%) of soil organic carbon was from 0-40 cm. It showed a negative relationship with pH and soil bulk density, and a positive relationship with altitude and soil water content, respectively.
