Abstract Building regulations used in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors are legal documents prepared under the control of local authorities for use by individuals. These regulations determine the conditions for ensuring performance and quality throughout the entire construction process. The building regulation inspection process conducted with the traditional manual method is time-consuming and error-prone for architects, engineers, and local authorities.
