Abstract Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is the most serious type of stroke. High level of thrombin is found in the ICH. Ubiquitin-specific protease (USP) 31, a member of deubiquitinating enzymes family, has been found to negatively regulate the NF-κB pathway.
