    Abstract The objective of this systematic review is to examine the effectiveness of psychotherapy in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in military personnel. PubMed, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library, EBSCO and CNKI databases were searched from 1 January, 2000 to November 2022 for Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) on psychotherapeutic interventions for military PTSD. The physical Therapy Evidence Database (PEDro) scale was used to evaluate the quality of the literature.     Abstract Counseling people, particularly those in the military engaged in group living, who are in quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge.
