    Goji berry (Lycium barbarum L.) is substantially dependent on nitrogen fertilizer application, which can significantly enhance fruit yield and Goji berry industrial development in Ningxia, China. This study aimed to analyze the functions of differential nitrogen application rates including low (N1), medium (N2), and high (N3) levels in soil microbial community structure (bacterial and fungal) at 2 diverse soil depths (0–20, 20–40 cm) through high-throughput sequencing technology by targeting 16S RNA gene and ITS1 & ITS2 regions.     Preparation of Natural Rubber/Cloisite-Na+ nanocomposite in Latex Stage and its Characterization for Mould Application

    Abstract In this work, a pure gum mould made of prevulcanized natural rubber/cloisite-Na+ nanocomposite (PVNR/CN) was prepared and characterized for ornament application. The suitable conditions to prepare PVNR/CN latex mixtures and the properties of the resulting PVNR/CN nanocomposites were investigated. The optimum CN concentration in the latex mixture was 1.0 phr, with the properties of 60 wt% total solid content, more than 600 sec mechanical stability time, lower than 350 cP Brookfield viscosity, and pH 10.     Abstract The present work is focused on the study of antimicrobial and water absorption properties of the surface of grafted rayon fiber with quaternary ammonium-based salts containing 3- Acrylamidopropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (APTAC) monomer induced by gamma radiation. Grafting was qualitatively confirmed by FTIR-ATR,TGA, SEM and by calculating grafting yield and grafting efficiency.     Abstract Centrifugal pumps are widely used in the metallurgy, coal, and building sectors. In order to study the hydraulic characteristics of a closed impeller centrifugal pump during its shutdown in the so-called power frequency and frequency conversion modes, experiments were carried to determine the characteristic evolution of parameters such as speed, inlet and outlet pressure, head, flow rate and shaft power.     Abstract The platinum-based chemotherapy is one of the most frequently used treatment protocols for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), and chemoresistance, however, usually results in treatment failure and limits its application in the clinic.     Developing risk models and subtypes of autophagy-associated LncRNAs for enhanced prognostic prediction and precision in therapeutic approaches for liver cancer patients

    Abstract Background: Limited research has been conducted on the influence of autophagy-associated long non-coding RNAs (ARLncRNAs) on the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: We analyzed 371 HCC samples from TCGA, identifying expression networks of ARLncRNAs using autophagy-related genes. Screening for prognostically relevant ARLncRNAs involved univariate Cox regression, Lasso regression, and multivariate Cox regression.
