    Abstract Recently, increasing evidence has shown that CDGSH iron sulfur domain 2 (CISD2) is involved in the initiation and metastasis of several cancers. However, the evidence of its potential role in pancreatic cancer is still lacking. In our present study, CISD2 was found to be increased in pancreatic cancer samples and multiple cell lines.     Abstract In this retrospective review of a single institution’s experience, the efficacy and safety of the long-term use of nimotuzumab in combination with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) and chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) were studied.     Abstract This study aimed to investigate the clinical significance of cullin 3 expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), as well as to explore the regulatory mechanism of cullin 3 underlying the growth and metastasis of NPC cells. Our findings showed that the expression levels of cullin 3 were significantly increased in both NPC tissues and cell lines.
