    Abstract In aquaculture, high-density seaweed farming brings higher economic benefits but also increases outbreaks of diatom felt. The effective control of diatom felt in high-density seaweed farming has always been a research hotspot. This study selected two potential allelochemicals 2-hydroxycinnamic acid and quinic acid to explore their effects on a diatom Nitzschia closterium and an economic seaweed Monostroma nitidum. The results showed that 2-hydroxycinnamic acid had better inhibitory effects than quinic acid on the growth, pigment content and photosynthetic efficiency of N. closterium.     Abstract A three reagents adhesive system for wood particleboards not containing any aldehyde was developed by the reaction of glucose or sucrose with triacetin (glycerin triacetate) and with hexamethylene diamine. The system was found to be based on the mix of three reactions, namely the reaction of (i) glucose with triacetin, (ii) of the diamine with triacetin, and (iii) of glucose with the diamine.     Abstract We analyzed the results of previously treated patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who received regorafenib plus FOLFIRI with the irinotecan dose escalation on the basis of uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase 1A1 (UGT1A1) genotyping. Thirteen patients with previously treated mCRC were subjected to UGT1A1 genotyping between October 2013 and June 2015 and were administered regorafenib plus FOLFIRI with irinotecan dose escalation.
