Abstract The purpose of this research is to develop a new technique to measure the corrosion level of reinforcing rebar which embedded in reinforced concrete structures using infrared(IR) thermographical image. IR thermography has been used various applications for non-destructive test(NDT) area, however, IR thermographical data depend on many parameters that the assessment of reliability and stability becomes very important issue to utilize IR thermographical system.
