    Abstract The conventional surveillance and control system of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras require human resource supervision. Almost all the criminal activities take place using weapons mostly handheld gun, revolver, or pistol. Automatic gun detection is a vital requirement now-a-days.
