    Abstract It remains difficult to automate the creation and validation of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams due to unstructured requirements, limited automated pipelines, and the lack of reliable evaluation methods. This study introduces a cohesive architecture that amalgamates requirement development, UML synthesis, and multimodal validation. First, LLaMA-3.2-1B-Instruct was utilized to generate user-focused requirements. Then, DeepSeek-R1-Distill-Qwen-32B applies its reasoning skills to transform these requirements into PlantUML code.     Abstract This work uses numerical modeling in SCAPS-1D to examine the efficiency analysis of a solar cell based on SnS. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) is limited to 24.5% because of incomplete photon absorption in the absorber layer (SnS) and carrier recombination. To increase the absorption window, facilitate charge mobility, and suppress bulk recombination at the rear contact, the absorbent film was divided up into three sublayers with graded band gaps of 1.1 eV, 1.2 eV, and 1.3 eV.     Abstract The two-dimensional IV-monochalcogenides, such as lead sulfide (PbS), lead selenide (PbSe), and lead telluride (PbTe), represent a promising class of materials known for their remarkable optoelectronic properties. The calculated binding energies for the puckered phase were –4.25 eV for PbS, –4.20 eV for PbSe, and –3.02 eV for PbTe, indicating strong stability in PbS and PbSe compared to PbTe.     Core self-evaluations (CSE) and career success: Task performance and leader-member exchange (LMX) mediation effects

    Abstract Core Self-Evaluations are linked to career success, yet the person-environment factor mechanisms underlying this relationship remain unclear. This meta-analysis (N = 135,809) synthesized the evidence on whether person task performance and LMX environment mediate the effects of CSE on career success both objective (salary) and subjective (job satisfaction) indicators. This study employed meta-analytic structural equation modeling (MASEM) to test direct and indirect pathways.
