    Abstract The xylem undergoes physiological changes in response to various environmental conditions during the process of plant growth. To understand these physiological changes, it is extremely important to observe the transport of xylem. In this study, the distribution and structure of vascular bundle in Lilium lancifolium were observed using the method of semithin section.     Abstract Among commercial plants utilized in floriculture in Mexico State, Lilium species have a great production volume, with problems associated with high use of chemical fertilizers, soil salinity and water pollution.     Abstract The micropropagation of Lilium longiflorum requires adequate equipment which may not be afforded by small laboratories or producers.
