To Global Academic Partners, Open Access Platforms, Conference Organizers, Social Media Research Groups, and Ethics Committee Representatives:

It has come to our attention that certain third-party entities or intermediaries have been unlawfully using the name of Tech Science Press (TSP) or the editorial teams of TSP journals to solicit manuscript submissions on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Xiaohongshu (RedNote), WhatsApp, and TikTok/Douyin. These unauthorized parties have falsely represented themselves as affiliates of TSP and have imposed submission fees without our knowledge or consent.

TSP strictly opposes and condemns any unauthorized activities that compromise academic integrity and mislead authors. We remain committed to maintaining a transparent, ethical, and fair publishing environment.

We hereby formally state that TSP has not authorized any third-party agents, organizations, or intermediaries to solicit manuscripts, process submissions, or provide publishing-related services on our behalf. Any official call for papers, collaboration announcements, or submission guidelines will be communicated exclusively through TSP’s verified channels, including its official website, authorized social media accounts, and designated email addresses.

If you encounter any suspicious activities claiming association with TSP, we urge you to verify with us directly at branding@techscience.com. Additionally, if you have been approached by or have evidence of such unauthorized solicitations, please report them to the same email address. We take such violations seriously and will pursue appropriate actions to protect the integrity of academic publishing and safeguard the rights of the scholarly community.
