Summary

With the current development of nanotechnology, many different high-quality, cost-effective nanomaterials have come into use in various applications. However, the needs for renewable resources-based nanomaterials has been inevitable and increasing gradually in the last few years. Therefore, scientists attempt to use renewable resources as feedstocks to develop their desired products. The current special issue, "Current advances in green nanomaterials applications" presents to readers articles covering different aspects of the synthesis, characterizations and applications of renewable resources-based nanomaterials.
