CHI, Maoru1, Weihua1, Yiping1, Huanyun1, so its axle can be made into cranked axle ,thus the floor height of the vehicle can be lowered, therefore the independentlyrotating wheels are generally adopted in low-floor light rail vehicles. As wheelset, whereasthe independently rotating wheels can’t generate longitudinal creep forces, so it hasa poor guidance capability: on the tangent track, the independently rotating wheelsusually run to one side of the track, can’t restore the center of the ; onthe curved track, the independently rotating wheels have larger attack angle, whichusually causes the flange contact rail. Therefore, the independently rotating not only causes serious wheel-rail wear but also increases the risk of de wheels, a self-acting radial bogie with independently rotating wheels has been put forward in thispaper. Its figure1, so it alsois called as the flexible coupled bogie with independently rotating wheels.
