The primary scheme of unilaterally pursuing fast economic development at the expense of the environment and the secondary scheme focusing on environmental protection as the primary goal by slowing economic development are both undesirable for Yiwu. The third scheme balancing economic development with environmental protection is the most effective scheme.Cite This Article
