The decision to retract the article has been made for the following reasons:
1. Misalignment with Journal Scope
2. Compromised Peer Review Process
Unfortunately, due to technical issues and changes in editorial staff, the article in question was mistakenly accepted and published without undergoing the review process by the Editor-in-Chief. Tech Science Press has rectified the technical issues, reinforced internal management procedures, and updated rigorous special issue policies to prevent such occurrences in the future.
Following a thorough assessment, the Editorial Board of Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing has no confidence in the reliability of this article, and the Editor-in-Chief has decided to retract this article from the journal. All authors have not responded to correspondence about this retraction.
