Retraction Statement: After repeated experiments, we discovered errors in the wing profile extraction process mentioned in our article. This raised doubts about whether the extracted wing profile is indeed the optimal one, leading to issues with the designed blades in the article. After careful consideration, we have decided to retract the paper to be accountable to the readers of the journal.
