Summary

The green and low-carbon transformation of energy is a key measure to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutralization. In the process of energy transformation, many problems such as the difficulties of guaranteeing power supply and grid security control, and the imperfect of the power market are becoming major challenges. In this context, building a new-type power system with a gradually increasing proportion of new energy has become an important direction. The new-type power system will stimulate the potential of flexible load side regulation and new energy storage technology. It forms a new structure for achieving renewable energy consumption based on the source-network-load-storage coordination, which adapt to the development and utilization of large-scale renewable energy. This conforms to the efficient power system of the future flexible and open power market system.

This special issue will select papers from 2023 The 5th Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES 2023), Chengdu, China during March 23-26, 2023, http://aeees.org/.

You are welcome to submit your contributions.
