The published article titled “A Hybrid Modified Sine Cosine Algorithm Using Inverse Filtering and Clipping Methods for Low Autocorrelation Binary Sequences” has been retracted from Computers, Materials & Continua, Vol. 71, No. 2, 2022, pp. 3533–3556.

Concerns have been raised regarding significant errors in the data calculations in this article, specifically in Table 2. Upon recognizing the errors, the authors conducted an internal investigation and proposed to publish an erratum to address the inaccuracies.

However, following a thorough assessment, the editorial board of Computers, Materials & Continua concluded that the errors undermined the integrity and reliability of the article, and the Editors-in-Chief have decided to retract this article from the journal.

All authors have not explicitly stated whether they agree to this retraction.
