Summary

This special issue aims at developing advanced information technologies for intelligent networking and collaborative systems. These technologies can lead to the creation of responsive environments for networking and the development of adaptive, secure, mobile, and intelligent systems for collaborative learning and other collaborative systems.

Among these information technologies, internet of things (IOT), cloud computing, blockchain and artificial intelligence are key elements for the development of this field. Each of them possesses unique advantages, and they can contribute greatly on building a smart, secure and efficient digital world. The extensive sensor-based collection, intelligent processing and investigation of data is very important for addressing the problems in this area. This special issue aims at discussing the use of advanced information technologies such as cloud computing, internet of things, blockchain and artificial intelligence to advance network-based and collaborative systems, and it will provide a platform for researchers to share research and communicate about this field.

The Guest Editors will be inviting substantially extended versions of selected papers presented at the The 16th International Conference on Intelligent Networking and Collaborative Systems (INCoS-2024) and The 27th International Conference on Network-Based Information Systems (NBIS-2024) for review and potential publication, but are also inviting other experts to submit articles for this call.
