Summary

Augmented reality (AR) technology has significantly transformed human interactions with digital and physical environments, playing a crucial role in sectors such as education, healthcare, retail, and entertainment. With advancements in big data analytics and behavioral studies, AR applications have become more data-driven, allowing for greater personalization and deeper insights into user behavior.

 

Aim and Scope

This Special Issue focuses on advancing next-generation AR technologies by integrating big data analytics, behavioral research, and generative AI. It aims to highlight innovative methodologies, emerging challenges, and practical applications that drive the evolution of AR. Researchers and practitioners are invited to contribute original research, review articles, and case studies that push the boundaries of AR capabilities and explore its impact across various industries. Topics of interest include AI-driven personalization, user behavior modeling, ethical considerations, and technological innovations that enhance AR’s scalability and usability.
