Summary
Revolution
in internet has been introduced by IoT, Smart Systems and decentralized data
structures like Blockchain which was introduced for new style of payment system
(e.g. Cryptocurrencies). As timing passing, these technologies are putting
great influence on business models, services and applications. We can deploy
Blockchain technology in almost every area in which security and privacy are
major concerns. This Special issue of IEEE intends to have research
contributions from researchers especially from industry and academia while
focusing on the new challenges of blockchain applications. This special issue
will focus on the improvement of all the challenges related to practical usage
of Blockchain technology and smart contracts, etc. We are concerned in novel
works in uncharted and emerging topics related to distributed systems (e.g.,
devices, mobile systems, IoT, vehicular and robotic systems)
