Summary
We are pleased to announce a call for papers for a special issue entitled "Application of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Biology" to be published in the prestigious Biocell. This special issue aims to bring together cutting-edge research that explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and biology, with a focus on applications and advancements in various domains within the field.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning have revolutionized the way we analyze complex biological data and understand biological systems. Integrating AI and ML techniques has opened up exciting possibilities for exploring genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, and other "omics" fields. This special issue invites original research articles, reviews, and case studies that showcase the innovative use of AI and ML algorithms in areas such as gene expression analysis, protein structure prediction, drug discovery, precision medicine, computational genomics, systems biology, and synthetic biology, among others.
Contributors to this special issue will have the opportunity to present their latest research findings and advancements in the application of AI and ML in biology. We encourage researchers from diverse backgrounds, including computer science, bioinformatics, computational biology, and related disciplines, to submit their work. We invite interested authors to submit their manuscripts via the Biocell's online submission system, adhering to the journal's guidelines for formatting and style. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experts in the field to ensure the highest quality and relevance.
