Summary

The mobile internet has revolutionized our daily lives, providing continuous connectivity, communication, and access to a wide range of services and applications anytime and anywhere. As we transition into an era of profound digital transformation, next-generation mobile internet technologies and their convergence applications, in conjunction with emerging core technologies like 6G, quantum computing, and generative AI, are set to redefine our technological landscape. However, these advancements also bring forth new and complex security and privacy challenges. Addressing these challenges is critical to ensuring the safety and integrity of our increasingly connected world.

 

This special issue focuses on the innovative security and privacy technologies required to safeguard next-generation mobile internet technologies and their convergence applications. We invite researchers and practitioners to submit original research papers, reviews, and case studies that contribute to advancing security and privacy for Future Mobile Internet Technologies and Their Convergence Applications (FMIT-CA).
