29 May 2020

Tech Science Press is very happy to announce that we have recently become members of  The Association of Learned & Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP), Council of Science Editors (CSE) and Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP).

As an Open Access publisher, playing a role in academic conversations and continuing to focus on quality and standards, is integral and memberships of such good friends are important.

The Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) is an international trade association of non-profit publishers created in 1972. It is the largest association of scholarly and professional publishers in the world. Its mission is to connect, inform, develop and represent the international scholarly and professional publishing community.

The Council of Science Editors (CSE, former Council of Biology Editors, CBE) is a United States–based nonprofit organization that supports editorial practice among scientific writers. In 2008, the CSE adopted the slogan "CSE: Education, Ethics, and Evidence for Editors".

The Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP), founded in 1978, is a nonprofit organization formed to promote and advance communication among all sectors of the scholarly publication community through networking, information dissemination, and facilitation of new developments in the field.

There are criteria that need to be met, along with agreement to adhere with principles of transparency and best practice. TSP will follow the guidelines to demonstrate our commitment to a world of open access that is of high quality, innovative, transparent, and ethical.
